Tracks users on our website and uses reverse IP to identify the company they work for, but otherwise does not collect any personal data unless the user submits such via a contact form.
Zopim (for Zendesk)
Enables users to chat with our operators online. Users do not need to submit their personal information, but can do for a more personalised experience. The Cookie will store this data so that the chat “remembers” the user if they return to use it again.
5. Consent and Control
5.2 Unless you submit your personal details such as name and email address via a contact form, or get to our website via one of our marketing email campaigns, then your Cookie data (that is your IP address and usage of the site) will remain anonymous.
