Ericsson have announced that the Cradlepoint W2255 is now generally available in the EMEA region.
The W2255 is a next-gen 5G adapter built to add resilient enterprise branch and fixed-site connectivity, with a Release 17 5G SA modem for enhanced performance and future-ready 5G SA support.

– All-in-one indoor/outdoor (IP67-rated) design
– Dual SIM / Dual Standby for fast, reliable failover
– eSIM support and NetCloud Intelligence automatically selects the best-performing network
Westbase.io and Ericsson are heading to Critical Communications World (CCW)
From 16–18 June, Westbase.io will be showcasing mission-critical connectivity solutions for vehicles, last mile, private networks and rapid deployment environments at CCW.

Introducing the Rapid Connectivity Case (RCC) Pro
We’ve launched the Rapid Connectivity Case Pro, a rugged, portable 5G connectivity solution optimised for the Ericsson Cradlepoint R980.
Built for rapid deployment, it combines an integrated 7-in-1 antenna, high-capacity battery, ruggedised Ethernet ports and IP67-rated protection all in one case – helping partners deliver secure, reliable connectivity wherever it’s needed.
Ericsson Cradlepoint X10 End-of-Sale announcement
Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions has announced the end-of-sale timeline for the X10 to support lifecycle planning with partners and customers. Partners can continue to sell the X10 through to the end-of-sale date.
– End-of-sale date: 11 November 2026
– Last date of support: 11 November 2031
– Recommended replacement: X20

Partner programme updates
New F.A.S.T. demo: The Connected Vehicle
Ericsson will release four new F.A.S.T. Demos for mobile and in-vehicle connectivity on 25 May, showcasing how Ericsson-equipped vehicles can support reliable, real-time 5G connectivity on the move.
Designed for emergency services and fleet environments, these Connected Vehicle solutions enable vehicles to stream video, telemetry, dispatch information, evidence, patient vitals, incident data, and telematics in real time over a single network.
Partners can access the new F.A.S.T. Demos and supporting materials via the Experience Hub, using their partner portal credentials.
Grow your expertise with the Mountaineer programme
Ericsson’s Mountaineer programme offers role-based certification paths across pre-sales, sales, support, and marketing.
The program helps partners develop practical skills through three certification levels, supporting the successful marketing, selling, implementation, and support of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.

Firmware and software updates
NetCloud Exchange / SASE Upgrades
New updates are available to improve performance, resiliency, and integration flexibility. Secure Connect microtunnel now supports Secure Connect and SD-WAN, helping reduce overhead and improve tunnel performance, while third-party IPsec tunnel support enables integration with existing routers and firewalls. BGP configuration is now easier to manage within NetCloud Manager, and the R2400 router gains full SD-WAN support, including traffic steering, intelligent bonding, and fast link failover. Available with NCXSG 7.26.40 FR1 and NetCloud SASE 7.45.121.
