Reminder: NetCloud Service Plan Feature Explorer
The Ericsson NetCloud Service Plan Feature Explorer is an interactive tool designed to make it easier to understand and compare NetCloud capabilities across services and devices.
It provides clear visibility of the features included within Essentials and Advanced service plans, with additional descriptions and “Learn More” links for each feature. Users can search by endpoint or service plan and compare multiple options side by side.
Partners are encouraged to use the Feature Explorer as their primary reference for Ericsson NetCloud service features.

Power the Second Half Partner Reward
Make the most of the second half of 2026 with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions’ Power the Second Half Partner Reward, running from 1 July to 31 December.
The programme recognises partners for growing their businesses and strengthening their Ericsson partnership. Participants can earn e-gift cards and a branded rewards through three dedicated tracks covering sales performance, technical development, and marketing activity.

Hardware Feature Explorer: Find the right hardware, fast
The new Hardware Feature Explorer makes it easier to find and compare Cradlepoint hardware.
Instantly view detailed specifications, filter products by the features that matter most, and compare up to four options side by side. You can highlight key similarities and differences, then export customer-ready comparisons in seconds – helping you recommend the right solution with confidence.
Firmware and software updates
NetCloud Exchange / SASE Upgrades
New enhancements strengthen security, troubleshooting, resiliency, and deployment flexibility. FIPS support is now available for the Ericsson NetCloud SG4000 Service Gateway hardware appliance when used with compatible Ericsson Cradlepoint routers, while new troubleshooting reports provide fuller diagnostic data directly within NetCloud Manager. The Ericsson NetCloud Client for Windows now automatically retries connections during temporary network issues, and Secure Connect can support concurrent public and private connections, allowing specific site router WANs to be assigned for private tunnel use.
