Partner programme updates

The new Experience Hub Portal is now available

The new Experience Hub is now generally available, offering a more intuitive, user-friendly interface with improved navigation, resource discovery, and sandbox reservations.

It brings together key tools like Digital Demos, NetCloud Manager, F.A.S.T. demos, and sandboxes, with all supporting documentation centralised for easier access.

You can now access it via single sign-on using your partner portal credentials, with no additional setup required.

New F.A.S.T. demo: Network slicing

This new demo highlights how network slicing improves reliability for critical applications, reduces transaction failures, and protects revenue compared to standard cellular networks.

Available now on the updated Experience Hub portal, with supporting video and documentation – simply log in using your partner portal credentials.

Firmware and software updates

NetCloud Exchange / SASE Upgrades

Deliver enhanced SD-WAN bonding with improved visibility, dynamic link weighting, and faster failover, ensuring greater resilience across changing cellular conditions. Updates also include access policy improvements, with a more intuitive UI and the ability to combine multiple criteria for more flexible, granular control.

NetCloud Manager Updates

Introduce custom roles with expanded permissions for greater admin control, a personalised landing page, and AI-driven insights (AIOps) for monitoring faults, performance, and alerts. The addition of NetCloud Organizations also enables multi-tenant management, allowing segmentation of users, devices, and policies for improved scalability.
